Summer in Portugal with the Fujifilm X-S20

In July my Family and I went on a week long Vacation in Portugal where we stayed at a friends house. It was our first time in Portugal and I had no intentions to work on any creative project because I wanted to take a break and be with my Family. BUT... I have bought a new camera a week before the trip and it is replacing my Fujifilm X-S10 that I've been using for many years to film my YouTube videos. The Fujifilm X-S20 is the first new camera that I bought since 2017, when I started my YouTube Channel with videos about the Fujifilm X-100F.
So naturally I was very tempted to use the new camera to document the trip and also test its very high spec video capabilities before it becomes my new workhorse camera for my online content creation (and even commercial jobs). I ended up filming everything with the highest video settings (6.2K, 3:2, 10-Bit 4:2:2, F-Log2, 360 mpbs) and leave it in the 3:2 aspect ratio and treat every scene as a moving photograph.
And because the Fujifilm X-S20 is also an excellent photography camera I used it to take photos as well. My lens of choice was the very affordable but hard to get nowdays Kamlan 28mm 1.4, which is an amazing lens if you don't mind manual focusing (which is how I learned photography and filmmaking). A lens with a lot of character and a lot of fun to use. All images were edited with Silver Efex from the Nik Collection. Enjoy some of my vacation snaps:
